Cristine Hull began her career as a substance abuse therapist in 1996 and went on to become a School Psychologist after completing her Master’s level training in psychology in 2001. She entered private practice in 2007 and is currently licensed as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC). In 2020 she completed her doctorate training at Quantum University. She has additional training in EMDR, a recognized technique for relieving trauma and treating Post-traumatic Stress Disorder. She is certified in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and as a Life Coach, emphasizing a solution focused and strength-based approach, rather than focusing on problems and pathology.
Cristine has found that the most effective solutions to healing mental health conditions are based on a holistic model. This approach includes the body (brain chemistry), mind (thought patterns), emotions and the spirit (energy). She began exploring and receiving formal training in Energy Psychology in 2002. She now certifies others in the Zero Point Meridian Technique using her evidence-based version of Emotional Freedom Technique. The integrative approach blends western models with eastern models to provide comprehensive therapy and effective healing.
Cristine lives in Cache Valley, Utah with her soulmate Todd Hull. She is devoted to her career as an author and the creation of health and wellness tools. She enjoys exploring eastern modalities personally through yoga, meditation, and traveling to the places of their origin. Cristine and Todd also contribute to the addiction recovery community by developing programs and promoting holistic resources to aid those in recovery.
After accruing a traumatic brain injury, Karen Ames began seeking out alternative health care professionals for healing, physically, mentally and emotionally. She became a Certified Foot Zone Practitioner in 2017. This led her on the path toward understanding more how emotions are stored within the body and how memories are stored within the brain.
She met Cristine Hull in 2020 and became certified in Zero Point Meridian after discovering the technique held many pieces in which she was seeking. Not only has Zero Point Meridian transformed her life, but Karen has been able to help several others discover their hidden gifts and aspire to new levels within their personal and professional lives. Always seeking more, Karen entered a graduate program in Mental Health Counseling in 2022. This program has given her a deeper understanding of mental and emotional discontent that many people struggle with on a daily basis. As she began working with clients, Karen discovered, with the support of Zero Point Meridian and holistic practices, people can create clarity, focus and alleviate daily mental and emotional stress easily.
Karen is a single mother of two young adults. When she isn't working, you can find her out in nature, crocheting or spending time with friends. Karen is a lover of life and enjoys all things life has to offer.
I am a trailblazing creative enthusiast, writer, and poet. Born to hardworking Puerto Rican parents, I carry the echoes of my Taino heritage. With a deep connection to my rich Hispanic heritage, I embrace my identity as an INFJ millennial and a true Questioner.
Throughout my life, I have embarked on a quest for knowledge and personal growth, venturing beyond the confines of the ordinary. Along this path, I have encountered my fair share of challenges, faced nights of the soul, and emerged a little bruised and scratched, but always resilient.
In 2009, I embarked on a transformative journey of exploration, expansion, and inner experience, becoming a certified professional Quantum Clairvoyant. Drawing from a blend of personal experience and universal themes, I have honed my craft, learning to create from the depths of my being. Then, in 2012 I debuted as an author, beginning my extraordinary literary journey.
Using both these skills, I offer guidance in various aspects of life, whether physical, mental, emotional, or financial. I help individuals reconnect with their inner source, enabling them to co-create the life of their dreams. I am truly passionate about supporting others on their journey from stagnation to possibility.
As a creative virtual assistant for the AMillionAtOne Community, I skillfully ensure the seamless operation of all activities behind the scenes. Simultaneously, I actively engage as a valued community member, contributing my unique perspective and expertise. In this multifaceted role, I combine my passion for creativity with my dedication to fostering a supportive and thriving environment for all involved.
Despite struggles with depression, moments of despair, and intense periods of introspection, I have emerged stronger and more determined than ever. Today, I am working toward my PhD in Metaphysical Science and do my best to be a beacon of inspiration, ready to share my knowledge and experiences with others.
Harlee Ann has loved stories since her parents began reading to her as a small child. She grew up writing her own stories, reading every fantasy novel that struck her fancy, and engaging with the world with an active imagination. By the time she graduated high school, however, she began to realize how prominent mental illness had become with the slowly waning stigma, especially among some of her best friends. This, along with a desire to be happier herself, led her to explore natural solutions to mood. She discovered yoga and fell in love with its history, postures, and holistic view of the body, mind, and spirit. Eventually she began studying both her love of writing and yogic history, and in May 2020 graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor’s in English, Emphasis in Creative Writing and a Minor in Yoga Studies, including becoming a Registered Yoga Instructor.
It was during her undergraduate work that she discovered her own mental health challenges, giving her a new understanding of the depths of darkness some tread. Thankfully, her support network was there to catch her and help her stay afloat, especially after the birth of her daughter in 2021.
Harlee Ann met Cristine in 2023 and was immediately interested in what she was doing to improve the mental health world. Excited to put her writing and editing expertise to work, she began working with Cristine to promote her programs, and write and publish books. Throughout her time with HHW, she has utilized the many programs and resources Cristine has created and shared with the world. Through the combination of prescribed medications, Frequency Formulas, ZPM sessions, and meditation she has made astounding progress in her own growth and mental health.
Today, Harlee Ann is happily married to the love of her life, and they live in Cache Valley with their young daughter. Outside her work, she loves to find new stories in various media–from books to video game story lines–and create her own stories in Dungeons & Dragons games with her fellow “neuro-spicy” friends. She continues to write and enjoys learning about herbalism and the beauty of the natural world’s resources.
